Experience in Media / Raido added advantage

Read - Ability to rea and comprehend instructions, short correspondance and Memos

Write - Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or member of business community

Speak - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Managers, clients, customers and the public

Excellent Computer Knowledge (Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Reconciliation of Accounts

Diary management

Replying to invitations and arrange meetings / luncheons meetings

Book relevant function rooms for meetings

Arrange catering for meetings, if needed

Attendin to stationary needs for the office

arrange company vehicles for the General Manager when needed

Screen calls

Collating and submitting general managers expenses and claims - credits card / petty cash / travel

Sorting of documentaton for the General Manager and confidential matters for executive Management

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
