A private company based in La-Lucia, Umhlanga, has a position for an individual with impeccable character, excellent demeanour and dedicated individual, willing and to go above and beyond company expectations.

The position entails managing the Residences of the CEO, providing meal preparation, seeing to the day to day needs of the home assistants and handling errands where necessary.

This role is a perfect fit for a resourceful individual who enjoys handling a diverse range of tasks, from preparing meals to managing residence upkeep, handling travel bookings and assisting with general admin duties as a personal assistant.

A reliable and efficient individual who can adapt to a dynamic schedule and is available to handle needs outside of normal business hours.

​Key Responsibilities

  • ​Travel Coordination: You'll create detailed itineraries and manage travel logistics, accompanying the CEO as well often with short notice.
  • ​Household & Meal Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, including scheduling and supervising household staff and managing home maintenance. You will also handle general meal preparation, which includes planning, shopping for ingredients, thus excellent meal preparation skills necessary.
  • ​Administrative Support: Manage schedules and appointments, handle correspondence, and maintain organized files and records.
  • ​Availability: Be available to work after hours, on public holidays, and during sudden, unexpected travel demands. Your flexibility is key to keeping everything running smoothly.
  • ​Errands: Able to work independently, utilize the company vehicle to carry out tasks and obtain necessary items for the dwellings.
  • ​Tech Savvy. You should be comfortable using scheduling apps, travel websites, and other digital tools.
  • ​Discretion. You'll be handling private information, so confidentiality is a must.
  • ​Problem-solving mindset. We need someone who can anticipate needs and handle unexpected issues with a calm, can-do attitude.
  • ​Requirements: A valid driver's license and a clean record is necessary.
