We are currently looking for an **IT GRC and Change Coordinator**

**About this role**

This role is responsible for ensuring that Change and Release strategy, processes, policies, procedures, and methods are defined, documented, applied, and adhered to, Co-ordinate and analyse IT governance, risks and compliance activities, supporting internal, external auditors and other governance practices**.**
- To provide a flow of communication between information technology and business operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of changes into production.
- To convene and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Release management meetings.
- To draft and maintain a Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) and track all Change and Release requests received.
- To liaise and communicate with all Key Stakeholders (Business & IT) to ensure alignment to Changes being requested, Approvals being obtained, and the successful deployment of Changes.
- Establishment of a single point of governance and accountability for changes that are scheduled.
- To compile administrative Change and Release documentation.
- To monitor and manage the change approval process.
- Align IT-enabled products and services and service levels with enterprise needs and expectations,
- Manage IT-related products and services provided by all types of vendors to meet enterprise requirements. This includes the selection of vendors, management of relationships, management of contracts, and reviewing and monitoring of vendor performance
- Define, operate and monitor an information security system / Access review
- Co-ordinate audit and compliance activities and provide a single point of contact.
- Manage Audit programs and be the point of contact for IT Audit
- Drive maturity based on the COBIT & NIST framework
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

**Minimum Qualifications / Experience (Required for the Job)**

**Experience & Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of GRC / IT Security and/or IT Change Management experience
- A Qualification in ITIL
- ISACA - COBIT qualification
- NIST awareness /certification
- Practical experience in Project management which was gained through managing large and complex projects
- Strong understanding of fundamental information security concepts and technology.
- Experience with IT GRC/IRM platforms (Cura etc.).
- Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management in a financial services environment**.**

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- GRC / IT Security and/or IT Change Management: 5 years (required)
