**What are we looking for?**
- We are looking for an office based Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Stellenbosch.
- PayProp is focused on delivering a world class end-to-end customer experience. The Customer Relationship Management function falls within a framework of standards which are consistent, professional and support the delivery of customer excellence, to help achieve lasting sustainability and impact on the ZA business growth.
- Truth and Care are the core of all communications and interactions with clients and colleagues.
- The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging with clients by building and preserving trusting relationships.
- Answering incoming support calls
- Dealing with banking related matters
- Proactive Customer Service
- From time to time each member may be required to assist or perform duties not specified above in order to ensure the smooth running of the company

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintain passion and enthusiasm for a customer-centric approach.

**Requirements**:

- Own transport is essential and a non-negotiable.
- Must reside in the Western Cape as this is an office based position
- Matric/Grade 12 equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience
