At the highest administrative level, lead by principles of leadership, leading by example and build and maintain appropriate relationships, plan effectively and make wise and timely decisions may act as coordinator of departmental projects, following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- May monitor department/area or project budgets, keeping Coordinators apprised of budgetary status.
- Collects, evaluates, disseminates, and maintains complex information and data from multiple sources.
- This position requires a broad knowledge of the organization's structure, functions, and key personnel, etc. Support professional growth, understanding policies and programs, seek for feedback on personal performance, ensure that faculty is aware of policy updates, memos, and other communications.
- Under general supervision and acting on own initiative and direction, provides complex administrative support within an environment of strict confidence, responds to diverse challenges and changing priorities while effectively supporting Seminary and Institute (S&I) personnel.
- May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues as well as proactive in identifying solutions. Track workload to improve enrollment.
- May lead, train and/or mentor called teachers, senior missionaries and volunteers.

- **Must hold a current / valid Temple recommend**:
- Appropriate knowledge of financial policies and procedures.
- Appreciation of data privacy regulations.
- Requires a High School Matric or equivalent, plus two years of post-high school education or training.
- Six plus years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced office skills, accuracy, and timeliness with strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, with an ability to interact effectively with Priesthood Leaders, parents, and students.
- Must demonstrate sound problem-solving capability, and ingenuity.
