**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
- Manage building and property upkeep, including electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance.
- Ensure all assets are properly maintained, tracked, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all infrastructure.
- Manage contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and asset lifecycle costs.
- Support operational teams by minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, functional work environments.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and asset registers.
- Lead projects related to facility upgrades, installations, or expansions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facility, infrastructure, or maintenance management (preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment).
- Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Management (advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and asset management.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, contractors, and service level agreements effectively.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
