About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Infrastructure Manager to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and efficient functioning of all company equipment, assets, and properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly through proactive infrastructure management, timely repairs, and effective resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
  • Manage building and property upkeep, including electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance.
  • Ensure all assets are properly maintained, tracked, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all infrastructure.
  • Manage contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets and asset lifecycle costs.
  • Support operational teams by minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, functional work environments.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and asset registers.
  • Lead projects related to facility upgrades, installations, or expansions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facility, infrastructure, or maintenance management (preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment).
  • Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Management (advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and asset management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contractors, and service level agreements effectively.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
