**Promote customer satisfaction by attending to client requests/complaints speedily and in accordance with standards**:

- Conduct front desk duties and attend to the switchboard
- Attend to booking of services, capture relevant data on Excel and send list to Parts Department so they can arrange the required parts beforehand
- Liaise with customers regarding services and provide feedback on outstanding parts ordered
- Monitor progress on customer’s vehicles & ensure they are handed over to customers timeously

**Attend to workshop administrative activities in accordance with customer requirements**:

- Ensure that all PDI, service and repair Job cards are created timeously
- Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and timeously
- Assist with all administrative functions within the workshop including filing of documentation and booking of couriers.

***Ensure department adheres to ISO standards- Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Valid Code B (08) driver’s license with no endorsement
- Grade 12 with English fluency (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy: Microsoft word; Excel; Internet; Microsoft outlook
- Own transport to get to work.
- Able to work weekends/overtime
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- 2-3 years relevant customer service/service advisor experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication, and customer service skills
