We are thrilled to announce a new opening for a highly skilled Service Advisor for our Gezina, Pretoria branch, to join our teamAbout the Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor (Technical Savvy) to join our branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the technical product specialist liaison between our customers and service technicians, ensuring excellent customer service. The Company encourages all designated groups to apply.Technical knowledge of Tools and Machinery would be an advantage.Wide range of Power Tools, Welding Machines, compressors.Small Machinery i.e. Petrol & Diesel Engines, GeneratorsJob requirements : Consult with Repairs Technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternativesUse knowledge of products and services to provide information about available parts and service optionsAnswer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointmentsProvide customers with information and advice on warranty protections and cost savingsManage and oversee the Repairs division workflow and scheduleCall customers to advise them on pick-up timesMaintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat businessDesired SkillsTechnicalMust be able to communicate with customers at all levels.Must be detailed orientatedMust be able to read and write EnglishMust be highly motivated and be able to liaise with customersKnowledge of mechanical systemsDesired Work ExperienceProven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar roleStrong understanding of Repairs and Maintenance of tools and machinerySalary : Negotiable with Benefits available.Working Hours : Monday – Friday 08 : : 00 and Saturday 08 : : 00.
