Description We are thrilled to announce a new opening for a highly skilled Service Advisor for our Gezina, Pretoria branch, to join our team. About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor (Technical Savvy) to join our branch. Responsibilities Consult with Repairs Technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives. Use knowledge of products and services to provide information about available parts and service options. Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments. Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections and cost savings. Manage and oversee the Repairs division workflow and schedule. Call customers to advise them on pick‑up times. Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Desired Skills Technical knowledge of tools and machinery. Ability to communicate with customers at all levels. Detail oriented. English reading and writing proficiency. High motivation and ability to liaise with customers. Knowledge of mechanical systems. Desired Work Experience Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role. Strong understanding of Repairs and Maintenance of tools and machinery. Salary and Benefits Salary: Negotiable with benefits available. Working Hours Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 and Saturday 08:00.
