**Your key responsibilities**:

- Meet production requirements, ensuring clients receive quality products timeously.
- Delegate tasks to process operators in line with requirements.
- Identifies bottleneck production and determine manning requirements: Reports bottlenecks or other problems to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintains GMP standards: Supervises the factory cleaning operation, Issues and receives laundry, and acts as contact person for outsourced laundry service.
- Manage staff by addressing queries, monitoring attendance and performance, mentoring multi-skilling, and escalating major issues to the Plant Manager.
- Ensure day-to-day compliance with the Quality & Food Safety requirements: Visitors and staff to adhere to Quality procedures.

- Good organizational skills and ability to problem-solve and manage teams effectively
- Ability to find areas causing delays withing the production process
- Strong record-keeping and attention to the detail
