Field Visual Merchandiser Internship

Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in store set-up and resets, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of new merchandise displays and promotions.
- Act as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain awareness of store layout and traffic flow, optimizing visual displays to enhance customer navigation and encourage product discovery.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions that require unique visual presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Uphold and enforce visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency across multiple store locations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of visual merchandising supplies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and elevate the visual merchandising strategy, keeping the brand fresh and exciting for customers.
- High school diploma is required, an advanced qualification in interior design, marketing or related field preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of the product and industry preferred.
- Ability to work diligently with little supervision.
- Confident in creating and communicating concepts in business meetings and to supervisors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excited and energetic in designing new ways to reach customers.

- stock counting and picking/receiving: 2 years (preferred)
