Recruiting for a fully vaccinated
**Senior Debtors Controller** in Stikland to perform routine invoicing, receipting, collections, postings, reports and verify information in order to maintain accounting records for a 5 month maternity cover contract.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Temporary (April - August)

**DUTIES**:

- Daily debtors update
- Check figures, postings, etc. for accuracy
- Record and summarise numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records - via journals and ledgers / computers
- Code documents according to company procedures
- Compile reports re: cash receipts, accounts receivable
- Manage debit and credit notes
- Generate, record and store debtors’ information
- Receive and record debtors’ payments
- Reconcile / note and report discrepancies found in records
- Debt collections
- Manage petty cash
- Payroll
- Asset management
- Attend meetings as required
- Office management
- Mentor and train staff as required
- Stock control
- Assist Financial Manager with monthly management reports
- Report any anomalies to Financial Manager and Managing Director

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Diploma in Accounting / BCom Accounting
- 5 years’ Debtors control experience
- Fully bilingual (Eng / Afr)
- Knowledge of and experience with Debtors Manager
- Fully vaccinated

**HOURS**:

- 08:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
