**Senior Client Service Consultant**

Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to:

- Assumes accountability for resolution of escalated queries emanating from across the business as well as all public and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, HelloPeter, etc)
- Servicing our clients in a customer-centric way
- Keeping accurate and detailed statistics of all queries and correspondence
- Keeps up to date with product changes
- Escalate trends to all relevant internal stakeholders, including department heads

Education, Knowledge, and Experience
- Matric with Mathematics and English (1st language)
- Tertiary qualification (preferably in Communications to similar)
- Strong Business Writing Skill
- 2+ years of working experience in a senior client service role
- **DC qualification (Advantageous)
