**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

- An appropriate academic and professional education qualification.
- Must have at least five years of teaching experience in managing and teaching African Languages up to grade 7.
- Must have an interest, knowledge, and experience in using modern teaching methodology in a technology-rich environment.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the assessment and teaching of African Languages.
- Must be very proficient in more than one African Language and English.
- Be a good team player.
- Must be a self-starter with an excellent work ethic.
- **A clear criminal record.**

**The responsibilities are**:

- Leadership, Development and Training.
- Management of people and processes.
- Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Compliance Accountable to the Head of Curriculum in supporting schools with compliance to the IEB, and UMALUSI.
