The Sales Trainer is required to improve the effectiveness of internal sales team through training of individual sales team members. The primary responsibility of the Sales Trainer is to impart and implement Tracker’s inhouse sales techniques and work with external vendor’s as required, to plan, implement and ensure that tracker’s Sales enablement efforts as aligned to the Sales targets and strategy. To engage with the managers from the business located across the regions and to upskill the sales team. We require a sales trainer with a good understanding of sales techniques and is digitally enabled with the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority, and ultimately support the Business Sales consultants and Sales Leadership team to develop their skills and achieve their targets.

**Job description**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities.**
- Implement our sales techniques by training all existing sales and Acquisitions employees.
- Identify, support. and ensure individual and team training needs are submitted and implemented in line to the L&D strategy.
- Develop and implement fit for purpose training programs for Sales team members for Tracker products.
- Consult with the Leaders from Sales and Acquisitions departments monthly to support and implement and ensure training is aligned to KPAs and training material is up to date.
- Maintain updated records of related sales modules and materials
- Ensure that ROI is captured after every training program.
- Train and support the sales teams in the regions.
- Complete refresher training and product training as per operational needs.
- Responsible for Tracking Sales enablement Metrics and KPIs in order to ensure success of the enablement efforts and continuously optimize existing training approach that contribute to the sales overall targets and achievements.
- Act as a change champion in the L&D team and support the overall department strategy

**Minimum requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- BA degree in Education, Human Resources, or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales coach experience would be an advance.
- Experience with web-based and e-learning platforms.
- Experience with creating material on Articulate Storyline Rise 360 and virtual training experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal Skills.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS office
- Problem solving skills
- FAIS / RE Desirable
- ETDP Certification - minimum requirement
- Experience as a sales coach
- Additional certification in sales training.
- Personality - Energetic, Optimistic, Articulate, Professional, presentable and ability to travel as required.
