**Experience & Education Requirements**:

- Previously worked as skincare sales rep and product trainer (3 years)
- Qualified Somatologist with International Skincare diplomas
- In-depth understanding of skincare active ingredients
- Must have own transport (Car)
- Driver’s license

**General Skills & Abilities**:

- Mature, with an unquestionable work ethic
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge in skin health & skin conditions
- Familiar with advanced modalities and aesthetic treatments skills
- Fluent and well-spoken English
- Comfortable with technology (i.e., Zoom, PowerPoint etc)
- Valid driver's license, with no travel limitations

**Responsibilites (not limited to)**
- Deliver training to Aesthetic Physicians, Dermatologists, Aestheticians, and industry related support staff
- Travel to and/or facilitate virtually to conduct educational experiences and to support stockist needs
- Research new business opportunities and follow through with meetings
- Deliver outstanding education experiences while creating the ideal learning environment that will prepare prospects and new customers for growth
- Excellent customer service
- Demonstrate all brand treatment protocols
- Adapt quickly to unique learning styles in diverse environments
- Always demonstrate professionalism and organizational skills
- Book travel, respecting guidelines and budget
- Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings and trainings
- This is a travel role, including a few days of the week
- Weekend requirements may arise but is not as frequent

**Compensation**:
R18,000 basic (Commission Structure kicks in post training course - 5% on opening orders, 1% turnover of own customer base)

**Allowances**: Travel, Petrol & Cellphone allowance

**Starting Date**: As soon as possible
