**Assessing Performance**: monitoring and assessing the performance of projects, programs, or organisations against established goals, objectives, and targets. This includes tracking indicators, collecting data, analysing results, and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Learning and Adaptation**: facilitates learning by collecting and analysing data to understand what works and what doesn't. They identify and share lessons learned and contribute to adaptive management, allowing organisations to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as

needed.
- **Evidence-Based Decision Making**: supports evidence-based decision making by providing reliable and timely data on the performance of interventions. They present findings, insights, and recommendations to inform program management, policy development, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- **Quality Assurance**: ensures the quality of data collection, monitoring, and evaluation processes. They establish standards, guidelines, and protocols for data collection, analysis, and reporting and promote adherence to best practices in M&E.
- **Collaboration and Capacity Building**: collaborates with project teams, program managers, and stakeholders to integrate monitoring and evaluation activities into project and program design. They also provide training, guidance, and support to build the capacity of staff and partners in M&E techniques and tools.
- **Reporting and Communication**: present information in a clear and understandable manner to performance analyst and reporting.
- **Program Improvement**:plays a critical role in program and project improvement by identifying areas for enhancement, monitoring progress towards targets, and recommending adjustments to strategies, activities, and interventions to maximize impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science with a certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation.
- 2-3 years of experience working in M&E roles or related positions.
- Knowledge in designing and implementing M&E frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience in Public Sector
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- The ability to critically analyse, interpret and present data/results
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
