Our company is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must be able to complete tasks autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and time management, organisational skills
- Must be able to multi task
- Quick decision-making skills
- 3 years Project Management experience in the Oil and Gas sector
- Project Management certification or qualification
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling of projects related activities to relevant resources.
- Organising of project related activities and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Keeping of projects related records and documentation.
- Monitoring progress of projects, identifying problem areas, making necessary adjustments and identify fast tracking opportunities.
- Managing project activity budgets and to analyse actual spend against budget
- Tracking paper work related to the projects.
- Updating team members, key stake holders and partners.
- Manage information flow efficiently and effectively.
