We are looking for a Project Coordinator for a Telecommunication company based in the Sandton area to work on a 6-month Contract.
**Position summary**:
- The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support of the Service Delivery and Operations, Finance, and other SA market departments.
- The project coordinator will manage All Procure to Pay processes, Data & Documentation for Service Delivery and Operations, also updating of all Tools and Systems to reflect the departments performance.
- The Project Coordinator works closely with the Service Delivery and Operations and Finance department to ensure objectives outlined are met
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Office Administration / Business Administration / Project Administration
- Preferably 2-years' experience in financial administration (Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipting, Invoicing). OR as a minimum financial administration qualification.
- Preferably 2-years experience in ORACLE or any other financial administration tool example SAP etc. OR as a minimum Min financial administration qualification.
- Advanced to medium experience in MS excel (**Essential**)
- Experience in telco property management (Advantage)
**Essential skills**:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in PR and PO processing
- Able to process large volume of invoices
- Experience in Oracle would be an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Good feedback and follow-up skills
**Duties**:
- Update Tools and Systems within Service Delivery
- Maintenance of a data and documentation storage
- Auditing of business processes to ensure we reflect the ways of working that are documented
- Creation and tracking of the Procure to Pay process
- Lease administration management
- Move order creations
- Siterra workflow management (task approvals, completing forms, asset creations)
- Sales force workflow management (lease administration management)
