Technical Recruiter

**Responsibilities**

Manage the end to end recruitment process for tech roles at SPAN South Africa.- Develop market insights, talent mapping, pipeline development and competitor analysis- Understand the current tech landscape, workforce and what drives and motivates technologists- Stay abreast of technical hiring best practises- Report on recruitment activity and undertake administrative tasks for the efficient operation of the recruitment area and Talent Management at large- Support the People Ops team with Culture, Morale & Wellness initiatives, and employer branding- Review and improve recommendations of hiring strategies, systems and processesKnowledge of ATS and HRIS systems

**Requirements**:
A degree or equivalent experience is advantageous
- Additional courses or certification in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment is advantageous- Minimum of 4 years experience in technical sourcing, screening, targeted market mapping, database searching, networking and headhunting- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer / Technical Recruiter or similar role- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)-
- Ability to source talent globally-
- Good client-facing skills, with experience in developing partnerships with the team and internal clients- A multi-tasker with the ability to switch from task to task with ease and confidence- Flexibility and willingness to learn- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- A desire to share ideas and knowledge- Ability to work well independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skills
