Job Description: As an Intermediate Technical Recruiter at Boardroom Appointments, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent for our clients. Your duties will include: Engaging in proactive business development activities to attract clients in the technical sector. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement. Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their technical hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Employing innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates. Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure high-quality placements. Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and initiatives. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on technical roles. Sound understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Proven track record in business development, including acquisition and management of key client accounts. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Deep understanding of the technical industry, including knowledge of technology services and trends. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
