**About the role**:
This isn’t a “fetch coffee and organize folders” kind of internship — you’ll dive into real projects, learn from talented mentors, and help shape the experiences of real users across our digital platforms.

If you love the idea of transforming user pain points into elegant wireframes and pixel-perfect prototypes, we want to meet you

**✨ What you'll do**:
As our UI/UX Intern, you’ll:

- Collaborate with our **Solution Design** team to brainstorm and sketch **low-fidelity wireframes**:

- Help map out **user journeys and empathy maps** to understand what makes users tick
- Support our **Product Experience Specialist** in gathering user feedback (think Hotjar, client calls, and more)
- Work hand-in-hand with the **Content Design team** to make sure your designs vibe with our brand
- Shadow our **UI/UX Designer** and start to learn how devs bring your work to life
- Gradually progress to designing **high-fidelity wireframes** in **Figma**:

- Keep an eye on design trends so we’re always one step ahead
- Iterate and refine based on team feedback and user insights

**Requirements**:
***What You Bring***:
You’ve got the foundations, and you’re eager to build on them. We’re looking for someone who’s:

- Recently completed a qualification in **UI or UX Design**:

- Familiar with tools like **Figma**, **Sketch**, or **Adobe XD**:

- Understands the basics of **responsive web design** and **user-centered principles**:

- Has a feel for visual and interaction design — and cares about the small stuff
- Knows what a **journey map** is (bonus
