With a multidisciplinary culture and a passion for sports, they offer an exciting environment for designers who want to make a real impact in the industry.The Role: UX/UI DesignerAs the UX/UI Designer, you'll own the full design process, ensuring intuitive, customer-centric product experiences across a growing portfolio. Your role will focus on understanding user needs, shaping user journeys, and delivering impactful designs that bridge the gap between vision and implementation. This is a chance to directly influence how cutting-edge sports technology is used by professionals around the globe.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX/UI activities across the product roadmap, from research through deliveryInvestigate and analyse initiatives to understand stakeholder and user needsCreate low- and high-fidelity designs, iterating through feedback and testingProvide detailed input and collaboration with engineering teams during build phasesPropose and champion new initiatives to enhance user workflows and journeysDevelop and maintain a consistent design system for scalability and usabilityAbout You5+ years experience in UX/UI design, preferably in complex product environmentsDegree in design, computer science, or a related fieldProficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, AdobeXD)Skilled in UX analysis, experimentation, and user analytics toolsExperience with both hardware and software product designStrong visual design skills with Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopAdvantage: background in sports technology or related industriesExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsCreative, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for sports and innovationPerks and Benefits25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)Pension salary sacrificeTax-free nursery benefit (post probation)Flexible working environment with remote daysBirthday cake and team socialsPerkbox access (post probation)
