It is essentially the link between the customer (via Sales and Customer Success), Product Management and Product Development. The Global Solution Centre has the following functions: - **Support-Focused**: - **Support Centre** - This team is focused on 3rdlevel support with direct access to the development team to report errors and the Process Map team to report possible software enhancement. - **Training Centre** - This is responsible for the onboarding and certification of new consultants, plus software training videos and documentation. - **Product-Focused**: - **UX/UI Design Centre** - Responsible for centralised UX and UI on a global basis. While guiding various decentralised teams to implement the global UX/UI approach while still allowing these teams to decide on Product-specific requirements. - **Customisation Centre** - Will provide customisation services for new and existing clients. - **Product Performance Centre** - Will research and provide resolutions for customer environments and are underperforming. - **Process Map Centre** - Is responsible for driving the MTWO roadmap and all the above. The Global Solution Centre is responsible for: - Maintaining and Expanding the Product Process Map - Maintaining the Product Roadmap - Setting Global Standards for Product UX & UI - Product Performance in Customer environments - Product Enhancements - Product Customisation - Product 2nd& 3rdline Support - Product Enablement / Upskill / Content **Position**: We are looking to recruit a UX/UI Lead Designer to turn our software into an easy-to-use product for our global client base. The position is the Head of the UX/UI Design Centre and is responsible for developing and implementing our new centralised UX/UI approach for our flagship product MTWO. Implementation will involve working with various decentralised teams to implement the centralised UX/UI approach while still allowing these teams to decide on Product-specific requirements. Our Head of the UX/UI Design Centre should have a well-articulated design philosophy and acts as a leader in the creative process. He/She should have strong managed skills and the ability to manage multiple teams (centralised and decentralised). Along with good presentation skills, the ability to defend designs and build stakeholder alignment.
