**Operations and Customer Engagement Specialist**

Our consultancy, a leader in creating **business plans and investor pitch decks for business owners and professional partners**, is looking for an Operations and Customer Engagement Specialist.

This role is pivotal in taking significant operational and sales responsibilities off the owner's shoulders, including handling the organizing of
- Asana
- Pipedrive
- Calendar
- Zoom

**Key Activities & Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Intake & Sales Process Management**:Take charge of the initial customer interactions, from intake through to the first sales conversations, culminating in the dispatch of tailored proposals.
- **CRM Oversight & Monitoring**:Keep a vigilant eye on the CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring every customer interaction, follow-up, and sales milestone is accurately recorded and monitored.
- **Project & Executive Support Coordination**:Use Asana to assign project tasks and manage executive responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in operations, customer engagement, and the sales process within a consultancy environment.
- Proficient with Pipedrive, with a strong emphasis on maintaining comprehensive records and a culture of note-taking and checklisting.
- Skilled in using project management tools like Asana for detailed task management and executive support.
- Outstanding communication skills, adept at fostering positive customer relationships from initial contact to proposal delivery
- Leadership experience, preferably in supervising a team or a Virtual Assistant, with a commitment to detail and accuracy.

**Salary**: R14 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
