Gran Luchito is on a mission to bring the very best of Mexican food to the world. Trading since 2012, we have a range of 25 Mexican products that we sell to Tesco, Sainsbury's,
Waitrose, Ocado, Booths, Whole Foods Market (UK) and to 7 export markets, including
Germany and Australia. The company is in the process of launching in the United States.

We work with manufacturing partners in Mexico, Europe and the United Kingdom and sell products to our customers from warehouses in Mexico, UK, Texas and Belgium. We are a small global remote working team with team members in the UK, India, Peru and South
Africa.

To assist with the administration and efficient running of all sales accounts in the United
States. This role involves working in an efficient, accurate and timely manner for all Gran
Luchito customers, from Supermarkets to Distributors as well as working on the Amazon
Seller Central Platform. The individual holding this position will be responsible for customer reporting, preparing presentations and assisting with the efficient running of all customer accounts.
You will report to the head of export sales who is based in the United Kingdom

It will be imperative that the individual holding this position be able to work with colleagues in other departments to ensure that the sales team delivers the Gran Luchito mission to all customers in line with our values.

**Main Tasks**
- New Item Setup
- Sales reporting
- Sales promotion reporting

- Key buyer and distributor communication
- Administration of Amazon business through Seller central.
- Assisting with US Supply Chain
- **Skills Required**:

- Experience with Retail Link preferred, but if not, the ability and aptitude to quickly learn.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central preferred, but if not, the ability and aptitude to quickly learn.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Excellent Google Docs Skills
- Great communication skills
- Familiarity with the following IT systems
- Notion
- Zoom
- Google GSuite

**Job Type**:Virtual Worker - (you will be required to invoice us for your work each month)
