Plastics Manufacturer situated in Germiston is looking to fill the role of a hands-on Factory Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Injection Molding Supervisor located in Germiston. The Injection Molding Supervisor will oversee the overall production and operation of various injection molding machines, monitor product quality and ensure targets and deadlines are met, and manage the performance of team members while maintaining safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience of at least 5 years in injection molding and at least 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate, coordinate and train team members.
- Technical Knowledge of injection molding machines and troubleshooting problems to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of inventory control, quality control and production scheduling.
- Demonstrate ability to manage customer quality requirements and expectations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
