**Join Our Team as an Access Controller**

Are you vigilant, dependable, and committed to maintaining a secure environment? We're are looking for an Access Controller to manage entry and exit at our Distribution Centre. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and a passion for safety and compliance, we want to hear from you

**Your Role**:
As an **Access Controller**, you will be responsible for:
**Access Control & Monitoring**
- Controlling access to the premises for employees, couriers, contractors, and authorised visitors.
- Completing and maintaining visitor and vehicle registers accurately.
- Ensuring compliance with site access protocols and company procedures.

**Security & Surveillance**
- Patrolling premises, including fences, gates, and access points, to ensure all areas are secure.
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorised access or movement of goods.
- Alerting management of any security or safety concerns immediately.

**Compliance & Communication**
- Verifying that all paperwork and inventory leaving or entering the premises meet company standards.
- Keeping clear communication with management and relevant departments regarding contractor activity and site access.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔4+ years’ experience as an access controller (warehouse, FMCG, or retail environment advantageous).

✔PSiRA Registration (mandatory).
✔ Grade 12 (Matric).
✔ Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✔ High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
