**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Acknowledge calls logged from helpdesk and assisting the user with their problems and ensuring it is closed within SLA.
- To deliver a service with the best possible solution within OUTsurance Shares Services standards and procedures.
- Support of basic voice infrastructure.
- Support of all (desktop) Microsoft Applications across OUTsurance, YOUI and Hastings Direct.
- Ability to guide Staff members on technical issues.
- Technical knowledge sharing amongst all support team members and ensuring effective communication within the rest of the team.
- Build a relationship with the users and ensuring that the customer’s needs are met, preventative maintenance.
- Administration - Procedures.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Computer literate (Excellent skills in both Hardware and Software)
- The ability to handle various complex tasks at the same time (multi-tasking)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

**Qualifications**:
- A+, N+ or MCSE
**Experience**
- Helpdesk or Desktop support experience (3years)
- Experienced in operations, software installation and maintenance in areas of PCs, Voice and LANs.
