**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar.
- Prior experience in online Retail, Supply Chain, or Banking systems can work and will be an advantage
- At least 1 to 2 years product management experience in a product development environment technical / systems.
- At least 2 years agile experience
- High level of proficiency with MS Office packages with proven advanced proficiency in MS Excel

**Responsibilities**:

- The role is inherently cross-functional, working closely with engineering, design, operations, various stakeholders and executive teams to bring about product enhancements for our fulfilment network and our customers.
- This role will also have a special interest in further enhancing the Inventory management processes and experiences for our internal & customers. Research and identify new opportunities to innovate.
- You will work with business owners to understand their strategy, requirements and priorities in order to translate needs into recommended initiatives & projects that affect the inventory product.
- You will define and track the metrics and data that will inform all decisions on product features and functionality and create business cases to motivate the prioritisation of these initiatives.
- You will analyse and understand project scope and core objectives through requirements workshops with stakeholders to define business requirements
- You will elicit detailed, low level functional requirements and document these requirements such that detailed technical specifications can be compiled by Engineering.
- You will project manage a team of Developers, BI Analysts and UI Designers in order to define development requirements, business drivers and competitive analysis and track the execution of these requirements to final product delivery.
- Evolve appropriate Product Management practices for a responsive, dynamic environment to foster cost-effective execution to commitments
- Be proactive in ensuring that the development and QA teams understand the requirements by attending daily team meetings and initiating functional clarification sessions where needed.
- Setting timelines, driving project schedules and leading cross-functional development teams from design through to release.
- Review the test plan and test scripts to ensure quality and coverage.
- Performing user acceptance testing when needed.
