Provide 1st / 2nd / 3rd line support

Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers & A/V equipment

Support the existing network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, cabling and wireless network equipment.

Supporting existing server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD & Hyper-V

Maintain IT compliance & standards

Review system security and resolve vulnerabilities within Group timeframes

Configure & administer existing Office 365 tenant

Work with IT Manager to implement IT solutions

Management and testing of Backups / DR

Best business practice

Good Customer service

**Required Skills And Experience**

2 years Experience working in a Senior IT role

Windows Server 2012 or above (including Hyper-V)

Network and Firewall experience, including VLANS

Office 365 administration (including Exchange Online & Intune)

Active Directory & Group Policies

Azure AD

Keen to learn and develop

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Self motivated, able to work individually and as part of a team

Good time management and organisation skills

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
