**Key performance areas**:

- Implement sales policies and strategy set by the sales manager
- Support the sales team to achieve targets every month
- Perform administrative duties such as take orders, capture orders on Pastel, and prepare report if requested.
- Keep customer profiles and sales figures up to date
- Professional telephone techniques, pleasant phone manners
- Clarify, determine and proper adjustment to complaints, inquiries
- Liaising closely with accounts, purchasing, and production and dispatch departments
- Remain up to date with sales information, stock availability, price strategies, and long term negotiated activity while keeping the team updated on all issues
- Attend weekly sales meeting
- Perform administrative duties such as take orders, capture orders on Pastel Evolution, and prepare reports, if requested
- Daily sales reports

***Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12

**Experience required**:

- 5 years sales experience within a target driven environment

**Knowledge required**:

- Market knowledge/research
- Building customer relationships
- The position requires a self-motivated person. Experience in essential oils/pharmaceutical background will be an advantage.**What Qualification**
