**Who are we looking for **:A talented and experienced Knowledge & Insights Specialist to join our Digital team.

**What will you do**: Some of the day-to-day tasks associated with this role include monitoring and analyzing industry trends, conducting internal and external research, making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, organizing and presenting insights to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

**What will you need**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is a plus
- Experience in the FMCG industry or African markets is a plus
