A rapidly expanding B2B Lead Generation company have an exciting new career opportunity for an **Insights Specialist** in **Johannesburg, South Africa**. You will work closely with multiple departments across the business helping ensure a data driven and insight led approach is applied to all stages of the campaign process. Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Insights Specialist** in **Johannesburg**:

- Master the functionalities of Bombora, Automata, and IFP insights to become a proficient user
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to assist Sales and Customer
- Success Managers in driving the growth of Tier 1 clients and agencies in the United States and the United Kingdom
- Collaborate with the Commercial Planning team to enhance campaigns strategically by leveraging audience insights, ensuring a focused and achievable approach
- Contribute to campaign activation by generating and exporting Bombora audience segments for use in content syndication, programmatic, and paid social campaigns
- Assist in End-of-Campaign reporting, particularly when employing an Account-Based Approach (ABA), showcasing the impact of the campaign activities across Target Account Lists (TALs)
- Analyze results and evolving market trends to make informed recommendations for future activities and next steps
- Enhance reports by incorporating relevant supplementary insights on competitors, audience dynamics, and content trends

Requirements for this **Insights Specialist job** in **Johannesburg**:
