**Our client is looking for a full-time Associate Process Analyst. Are YOU it?**

**What you’ll be doing if you get the job**:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for business process management and improvement.

**Who’ll you report to**:
You’ll be based within our Enterprise risk and Innovation division at our head office in Sandton, Johannesburg, and you’ll report to our Team leader: Process Analyst, who is accountable for our Process Architecture and Corporate System Support functions.

**Your knowledge**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Understanding of business processes
- Understanding of the organisation of a company - Data analysis
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a team/ a valuable team player - Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change

**Your duties will include**:

- Analysis and documentation of business processes
- Testing and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity - Define business process and activity SLAs
- Liaise with management to continuously evaluate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Liaise with business analysts and give input to business process design and modelling. - Administer user privileges and security
- Administer team systems
- Maintain process or document catalogue
- Manage access control standards and processes
- Report and data analysis

**Your Qualifications and experience**
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (Essential)
- Relevant bachelor's degree or 3 year Diploma (Essential)
- Business analyst or Process analyst qualification (Beneficial)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in this discipline (Essential)

Pay: From R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
