**What you’ll be doing if you get the job**:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for business process management and improvement.

**Who’ll you report to**:
You’ll be based within our Enterprise risk and Innovation (ERI) division at our head office in Sandton, Johannesburg, and you’ll report to Team Leader: Process Analysts, who is accountable for functions within the process support team.

**Your knowledge**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of business processes
- Understanding of the organisation of a company
- Data analysis
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a team / a valuable team player
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change
- Analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Life insurance business processes
- Excel
- Data analysis

**Your duties will include**:

- Analysis and documentation of business processes
- Testing and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Define business process and activity SLAs
- Administer user privileges and security
- Administer team systems
- Report and data analysis

**Your package and growth prospects**:
The company offers a competitive pay-package, including a 12.5% six monthly incentive

**Salary**: R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
