The **Brand & E-Commerce Manager** will lead the strategic vision and execution of our brand identity and direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce channel, with a focus on driving growth through the Shopify platform. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations to enhance brand equity, optimise online performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The manager will oversee internal and external teams, align cross-functional efforts, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve business objectives.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Brand Strategy & Marketing Leadership**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to elevate our market presence, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.
- Lead the creation of the annual marketing plan, including short
- and long-term strategies, budgets, and performance metrics for marketing, social media, public relations, and trade programs.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive activities, translating insights into actionable campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints, including packaging, campaigns, and digital assets.
- Stay ahead of global skincare trends and competitor strategies, swiftly implementing innovative programs to maintain a competitive edge.

**E-Commerce Strategy & Operations**
- Design and implement a robust DTC e-commerce strategy via the Shopify platform, aligned with our overall business goals, to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
- Oversee the Shopify store’s functionality, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized shopping experience with streamlined checkout processes and personalized recommendations.
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content to optimize user experience and maximize conversion rates.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce cart abandonment, increase customer acquisition, and enhance retention through upselling, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring efficient order fulfilment and preventing stock imbalances.

**Content & Digital Marketing**
- Create a growth roadmap for content and campaigns, ensuring synergy across channels and differentiation in messaging to engage diverse audiences.
- Oversee the development and execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimize performance and customer retention.
- Manage the marketing budget, prioritizing high-ROI initiatives and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

**Performance Analytics & Optimization**
- Monitor and analyse e-commerce and marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and customer retention) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Leverage sales data and market intelligence to refine demand forecasts, improve S&OP processes, and enhance overall business planning.
- Generate actionable insights from consumer behaviour, market trends, sales data, and campaign performance to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Deliver regular performance reports to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key results, learnings, and recommendations for optimization.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration & S&OP Leadership**
- Align with Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to drive successful product launches, ensuring marketing and sales efforts are synchronized with production and distribution.
- Collaborate with operations to plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with supply chain capabilities to avoid disruptions.
- Provide demand insights from marketing and sales data, including customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities, to inform S&OP demand planning and forecasting.
- Foster synergy between Sales, Digital, and Creative teams to ensure unified campaign execution and consistent brand messaging across channels.
