**Based at our estate, this is your chance to work with one of South Africa’s most awarded wineries, taking ownership of and growing our already successful Wine Club.**

**This role oversees the daily operation of Club Warwick while working closely with the Global Sales & Marketing Manager to increase the sales of the respective product lines, and to drive the growth of Club Warwick memberships to ensure commercial success for the business.**

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Wine Club management
- Experience in eCommerce
- Excel / Word / Powerpoint - advanced skills
- Experience with Commerce 7 or e-commerce software will be advantageous
- Exceptional Customer Service
- An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- A passion for premium wine
- A positive individual who can connect with people at all levels to drive a positive culture
- Confidence to conduct estate tours or host members where necessary
- Drivers license and own vehicle required

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with logistics and marketing to ensure successful execution of Club Warwick offerings.
- Work on a branding plan for Club Warwick, that includes partnerships with other like-minded brands outside the wine world to offer advantages to being a member.
- Develop collateral both digital and hard copy as required, in conjunction with the Marketing team.
- The planning, organizing, and execution of our regular member wine deliveries.
- Working closely with cellar door employees to maximize opportunities to acquire new members.
- The planning, organizing, and execution of our member events.
- Oversee the updating of the online store with new release wines, sale specials, promotions, inventory; processing of online orders as needed.
- Developing new ideas to keep in contact and encourage positive relationships with club members through special offers and promotions.
- Coordinate/participate in off-site events and consumer events when necessary.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends locally and internationally.
- Compile corporate gifting offering for end of year.
- Manage inventory to ensure products are always in stock and in the right fulfilment location, as well as assisting with all logistics related offerings.
- Assume the role of lead Brand Ambassador for all Wine Club activities and events.
- Maintain member database and use CRM systems to actively curate member experiences and offerings.
- The management of Club Warwick member customer service.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
