Finance & Admin Assistant (Remote Position)

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to use your administration and financial skills in a remote halfday position at a boutique advertising and marketing agency.
The role is a combination of an Office Administrator and Finance Clerk.
**Responsibilities**:
- Quotes, invoicing, account queries.
- Internal finance & accounting.
- Payment allocations & payments.
- Timesheet management & reporting on Chase.
- Liaise directly with Operations Director.
- Attend internal team meetings, with updated knowledge of
- current job status.
- Possibly attend client meetings if needed.
- Collect & deliver promo material if needed.
- General administrative tasks & team support.
- Accounting background
- Accounting qualification and/or admin training (Bcom General
- degree or Financial Sciences or similar)
- Excellent Excel skills, proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
- skills
- Chase experience beneficial, but not required, training will be
- provided
- General knowledge of Sage Accounting system beneficial
- Be able to work independently, although interact with the broader team
- Extremely comfortable working online and digitally
- Be able to take own initiative, plan ahead and prepare independently
- Be detailed orientated

- Own Transport with valid driver's license
- Back up power for load shedding
