Finance Administrator

My client in the Property Industry is urgently looking for a Finance Administrator to be based at their Head Office. This position reports to the Finance Manager.
The successful incumbent is to assist in the control and maintenance of the company's Trial balances Core
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist or compiling of management accounts
- Assist with or compiling of budgets
- Assist with or attend to queries
- Assist or process journals
- Month end reconciliations
- Filing
- Any other Adhoc requirements
**Key Objectives**:
- Accurate record keeping 25%
- Relevant reporting to stakeholders 25%
- Strategic budgeting and forecasting 20%
- Cashbook management 10%
- Compliance with relevant legislation 15%
- Training 5%
- Excellent communication (written and verbal/presentation skills)

- Completion of a recognized 1-year tertiary Accounting Programme
- 1-2 years’ experience with MS Office Suite
