The role holder will be required to align with FNB’s overall business model and strategy; collaborating towards organisation wide strategy formulation and enabling integration, change and adoption.**experience and qualifications**:

- Post Graduate.
- 7 to 8 years business management /senior management experience.**additional requirements**:

- To improve the lives of South Africans through our secured lending solutions.
- Primary focus on residential mortgage lending helping South Africans own property
- This role spans across all 5 sub segments, two brands ( FNB & RMB Private Bank) and strives to help customers thrive in their creation journey with us
- Help customers in their wealth creation journey leveraging a range secured lending products (Mortgages, Security based Lending, Pension backed lending, etc)
- Drive one people culture across a large business unitAdditional Key Objectives:

- Improved credit appetite with focus on core clients across FNB
- Customer centric pricing and decisioning
- Home loan product management and client entrenchment
- Strong open market strategy to grow and protect franchise
- Balance sheet equity & Profitability unlock
- Sustainable & social upliftment finance
- Ensure structural optimization to drive efficiencies
- Motivate the team to ensure a highly engaged workforce living the FSR promises
- Upskilled/reskilled future fit workforce
- Drive channel optimization
- Enhance platform & data capabilities
- Increase market share & asset growth
- Massive focus on PBT, CTI and ROE
- Debt optimization & collection management
- Activation of full product offerings across all channels and platforms
