**purpose**:

- To lead and deliver sustainable business performance and value in relation to a product or channel. The role holder will be required to align with FNB’s overall business model and strategy; collaborating towards organisation wide strategy formulation and enabling integration, change and adoption.**experience and qualifications**:

- Post Graduate.
- 7 to 8 years business management /senior management experience.**additional requirements**:

- The role of the Integrated Advice Enable is to position the Personal and Private Segment as trusted partner that helps clients achieve long term financial wellness.
- Foundational knowledge of products and services (including the appropriate use thereof) delivered through the consumer education and partners (facilitators, staffing solutions, POP, etc.)
- Facilitate and promote appropriate behavioral change that supports client's ability to unlock cash flow (“Bank better”), optimize lending and build stronger/healthier balance sheets (access to homes, cars, savings and investments, and appropriate insurance)
- Collaborate with Dynamic decisioning and other enablers to roll out and modernize appropriate tools and systems to support the advice process required to deliver financial wellness. These tools supporting both assisted (automated/robo advice, financial wellness tools - budgeting, credit scores, etc) and unassisted executions (non-FAIS accredited advisors and FAIS accredited advisors)
- Support the Personal and Private Segment rollout of Environmental Sustainability solutions by providing appropriate knowledge, solutions and services, advice and funding, solutions to clients that will lead to more environmentally friendly long - term outcomes for society.
- Drive the continued building and adoption of platform enablement across FirstRand.
- Lead the enhancement of a strong people culture through the business. Key Objectives
- Increased long-term sustainability for profits for the segment(s)
- Ensure more resilient clients - improved emergency savings rates, better credit management and appropriate insurance.
- improve opportunity for cross sell across both float and balance sheet activities.
- Attract new customers who are sufficiently informed understand the value player position that FirstRand seeks to establish against competitors who largely focus on obscure price.
- Ensure more energy certainty (availability and cost) for clients while positively impacting the environment through a reduction in carbon emissions.
- Differentiate the segment from competitors, by positioning it as a client centric partner, helping clients achieve long and short term goals.
- A seasoned leader with more than 5 years’ experience in a senior executive role
- Strong customer focus and desire to create for a financially fit eco-system.
- Have a strong finance and credit background.
- Have the ability to work with and lead an agile and high performing team.
- Have the ability to work in an environment that requires strong collaborative and co-creation but have the ability to drive the business forward
- Relevant degree with a post grad qualification
