- **Client Acquisition**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- **Job Requirement Definition**: Collaborating with clients to define job requirements, creating detailed job descriptions, and setting clear expectations.
- **Offer Management**: Managing the offer process, including negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years experience as a 360 Recruiter, preferably in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
