About the job 360 Recruitment Consultant - AHP Overview Position : Senior Recruitment Consultant (AHP Allied Health Professionals) Location : Cape Town (Office-based) Job Type : Full-time Client base : Recruiting Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) for UK-based healthcare organizations Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Screening : Identify, engage, and qualify healthcare professionals (AHPs) through various sourcing channels. Client & Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and UK-based healthcare clients. End-to-End Recruitment Process : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to placement and onboarding. Compliance & Documentation : Ensure candidates meet UK regulatory and compliance standards, including visa requirements and licensing. Database & CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and recruitment activities. Sales & Business Development : Develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth. Market Research & Strategy : Stay informed about UK healthcare recruitment trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Education & Experience Education : A relevant degree or diploma is beneficial but not essential. Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or international recruitment. Skills : Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. What's in It for You?
