Adevia Health, established 2003, is an international company with subsidiaries across the globe.

We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to support the temporary recruitment team, with a focus on the UK nursing market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting qualified nurses and HCAs residing in the UK
- Consult workers on best working locations and services to their job description.
- Reach out to potential new clients in target areas.
- Service existing clients with their specific and unique needs.
- Maintain contact lists and keep CRM up to date.
- Feedback marketing with market intelligence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / bachelor in business / Recruitment related degree
- 2 years + experience in Compliance & Recruitment
- Proficient in Office / Google Suite
- Knowledge of Hubspot / Sales Force
- Fluent in English

**Position**: 360 Recruitment Consultant | Location: Cape Town, Woodstock

**Type**: Permanent | Starting date: September | Salary: R12k - R18k based on experience
