**Position Overview**:
As our Office Administration & Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our studio running smoothly and contributing to the growth of our brand. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio while also supporting our marketing efforts to bring in new clients and keep our community engaged. A Pilates or fitness qualification is an added bonus and the potential to increase income capacity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**:
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Process client payments, invoices and manage memberships on Octiv.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service both in-person and remotely.
- Making sure all the information on the website is relevant to our business.
- **Marketing & Outreach**:
- Create visually appealing content for our social media platforms, blog, and website (Google my Business, LinkedIn, Tik Tok Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to optimize future efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in office administration, marketing, or customer service (experience in fitness or wellness is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging content and create promotional materials.
- Great communication skills, critical thinking abilities and have a problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for fitness and wellness, especially Pilates or similar modalities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, close-knit team.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of SEO and online marketing strategies.
