Key Accounts Manager

**Job description**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transportation and logistics sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in transport equipment refrigeration.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions tailored to their business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and potential clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to recommend product enhancements.
- Work closely with the product development and fitment teams to align sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, detailing progress towards targets and key performance indicators.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, 5 Years preferably in the transport equipment or refrigeration industry Calling on Truck Dealers & Bodybuilders. (preferred)
- Strong understanding of transport logistics and refrigeration technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience
