**Job Overview**:
We're seeking an enthusiastic In-Store Sales and Marketing Associate to boost our store's performance through hands-on sales, customer engagement, and creative marketing initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with people, and have a knack for promoting products, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers, providing personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

Drive in-store sales by upselling products, managing promotions, and achieving daily/weekly targets.

Execute local marketing campaigns, such as in-store events.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to suggest improvements for store performance.

Maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Collaborate with the team to foster a positive, energetic atmosphere.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Energetic, reliable, and able to stand for extended periods.
