We are looking for motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associates who are passionate about wellness and eager to be part of a growing community.

**Locations**: Johannesburg & Cape Town

**Compensation**: Base salary + performance-based bonus

**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement & Education**

You will be responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them through our product selection, and providing expert recommendations based on their needs. You will educate customers on product properties and features to ensure they make informed choices.
- **Sales & Promotions**

You will assist in highlighting featured products, participating in promotions, and ensuring product placement is optimized. You will focus on building relationships with regular guests to enhance their experience and contribute to sales growth. A performance-based bonus system is in place to reward your efforts.
- **Operations & Inventory**

You will help maintain stock levels, monitor product availability, and inform the administrator when restocking is needed. You will assist with receiving, packaging, labeling, and organizing products. You will also participate in inventory checks and ensure store cleanliness and presentation.
- **Teamwork & Community Engagement**

You will work closely with team members to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will participate in team meetings, staff training, and contribute to marketing efforts, including occasional involvement in social media content creation.
- **Store Maintenance & Customer Experience**

You will ensure the lounge remains clean, organized, and inviting by maintaining product displays, keeping guest areas tidy, and following store procedures. You will also assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating any issues when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to educate and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a team-oriented environment

Pay: From R8 000,00 per month

**Location**:

- Cape Town, Western Cape (City of Cape Town) (preferred)
